A Lucky Boy and His Pup
It was about to be St. Patrick's day and I hadn't created any photos to showcase this lucky day. Thankfully my friend has an adorable red head named Wyatt. She wanted some photos of her own of him and I wanted to sneak a few if he'd let me. I setup my seamless backdrop in my garage along with my strobe. I turned my heater on because it's Colorado and of course it's still cold out and I definitely didn't want this sweet 6 year old to freeze. Wyatt was dressed in simple "dapper" attire and we got to photographing!
He's such a goofball and the sweetest kid so it was a challenge for him to have a serious look on his face without bursting out laughing. Amidst the giggles I managed to snap a few pictures of him and I think they turned out pretty awesome. When I was editing his photos I definitely made sure that I kept his awesome hair color-sigh, I wish one of my kids had his color hair. I turned his vest to a green color to match the hat he wore and I wanted to add some clovers because that screams an Irish vibe right? Of course I didn't have any so I improvised and added the cutest little puppy in a bucket of clovers in one of the images and it turned out so cute!
I love being able to create fine art images and get all "artsy" if you will. I didn't plan on adding a puppy in an image but that's what's so awesome about photography nowadays. Photoshop is amazing and if you know how to use it you can create some amazing artwork.
I would love for you to consider me for your own fine art session so we can create custom art for you. To get in touch, please click the button below!
