Oh, how sweet baby Emmersyn was!  She was the cutest little peanut during her newborn session.  My assistant, Crystal, and I arrived for her session bright and early and when we arrived she was pretty sleepy.  Once we finished getting setup in her nursery she was fast asleep after finishing her bottle.  Her grandparents are big into hunting so they requested a hunting prop setup they've seen me do before.  They lived in Texas though and it would've cost so much for them to ship any antlers or pelts.  Thankfully, I live a few streets away from the family who had the newborn I photographed in the hunting setup that was being requested and I was able to borrow the antlers and deer pelt I had used for the session!

Mom and Dad had a few specific requests such as the beautiful backlit images we all love with their baby in between them.  They wanted to use Emmersyn's Daddy's military jacket and wanted an image of their sweet baby nestled between her daddy's hands.  Emmersyn's mama wanted a picture of her brother included somehow so I was able to nestle it under her tiny fingers to make it look like she was holding this precious image.

One of my favorite things is to be able to offer images for my clients using digital backgrounds.  I don't like to provide any images in which you can see how unrealistic they look but rather provide the ones that blend flawlessly.  Emerson's dad is a bull rider and I wanted to provide them with an image dedicated to his profession.  I found the perfect background on Etsy and it was a hit!  I don't always offer composite newborn images but when I do parents usually love them.

Sweet baby Emmersyn rocked her session and we got some beautiful images of all her cuteness.
